At Barby, our aim is to enable our pupils to express their creativity skilfully through a range of artistic media. Through our Art curriculum, children learn about artists from different cultures, different ages and who work in different media. They have the opportunity to learn artistic techniques, design their own compositions and creations and apply their skills to making them.

We aim to facilitate opportunities for our pupils to produce high quality outcomes by dedicating time, providing quality resources and facilitating learning opportunities which lead to a final piece that our children are proud of.
